Top 15 in runs created in All-Star games for each league from 1950-82

I used the simple Bill James formula of

 (Times On Base X Total Bases)/PA 

I used the Stathead Game Finder to get all the game lines for anyone who played in an All-Star game in this period. The I had Excel calculate subtotals for the relevant stats for each player.
