Highest BB/SO ratios from 1920-2020 with 5000+ PAs relative to the league average

Data is from the Lee Sinins Complete Baseball Encyclopedia. Sewell walked about 18.7% more than average (so his BB Ratio is 1.187). He struck out only 22.5% as often as average (so his SO ratio is 0.225). Then 1.187/0.22 is about 5.279 far ahead of second place Speaker.

I count 15 Hall of Famers in the top 25. The bottom 25 has just one, George Kelly.
