Games when two players who already had 300+ career HRs each hit 2 HRs

Ted Ingram, who created the bases.chat AI program provided this list for me. I wondered about this when both Trout and Judge hit 2 HRs in the same game in April.

I also saw some reports that said the only other time two guys who each had already won 3 MVP awards each hit 2 HRs in the same game was when Stan Musial and Roy Campabella did it in 1956.

1. Aug 26, 1972 — Ron Santo and Billy Williams both hit 2 HR. Cubs teammates, at Wrigley.

2. Jul 20, 2005 — Jason Giambi and Tino Martinez both hit 2 HR. Yankees teammates, at Texas.

3. Aug 29, 2006 — Barry Bonds and Andruw Jones both hit 2 HR. Opponents — Giants at Braves.

4. Apr 15, 2011 — Lance Berkman and Albert Pujols both hit 2 HR. Cardinals teammates, at Dodgers.
