The leader in not a big surprise nor are most of the rest. But two guys might be. They are both in red because neither is in the Hall of Fame

Greg Maddux deserves a HUGE honorable mention here. He had 30+ GS and 200+ IP every year from 1988-2008, except for four of those 21 seasons. In 2007, he was 6 outs away from 200 IP. In 2002, he was only 2 outs away. Even WITHOUT those caveats, though, he deserves SOME credit for 1994 and 1995, in which he started 25 and 28 games, respectively, yet still topped 200 innings each time (and led the league in complete games each year). So he probably at least deserves SOME mention. 17 out of 21 seasons ain't bad.

You're right. I thought about Maddux. The strikes hurt him here
