Is Yasiel Puig The Best 22 Year Old Since Ted Williams In 1941?
I found all the 22 year old guys with 200+ PAs and at at least .1 WAR. Then I ranked them by WAR/PA. Here is the top 25. Of course, there are still about 45-50 games left, but this is still impressive.
